To elaborate on the Magisterium of the Catholic Church is our mission on Plinthos (Gk. "brick"); and to do so anonymously, so that, like any brick in the wall, we might do our little part in the strength of the structure of humanity almost unnoticed.

Presidents and the Stock Market
C. Coolridge (+237%),
B. Clinton (+222%),
F.D. Roosevelt (+162%),
Ronald Reagan (+154%) and
D. Eisenhower (+116%) were the best presidents for the "Dow," ([Charles] Dow [Edward T.] Jones Industrial Average).
H. Hoover (-79%), R. Nixon (-16%), J. Carter (-16%), W. Harding (+14%) and G.W. Bush (+19%) were the worst.
D. Trump's record, between +20% (today) and +66% (at his highest), is average.
1933 to 1968 the Dow increased 1,444%. 1980 to 2000 saw an 1,227% increase.
Plinthos decided to do this comparison because the fake news stations talk so much about the stock market but never give critical analysis of it. It is helpful to put things in perspective.
Below is a list of each president of the past century and the value of the Dow at the beginning and at the end of his term, with the percentage differences.
