I just ordered 250 of these bumper stickers, which means 750 individual decals.
A little pricey, but the message is essential for the present climate of every manner of licentiousness at every level of society. Make no mistake friends, we are living in Sodom!
This kind of a sticker/billboard/message is especially effective today, since everyone today has a library in his pocket. Make them curious! Make them want to search the Gospel of Jesus Christ!
Luke 12:15.
We need to teach people that they need to make clear moral claims. Silence is the face of grave evil is cooperation in that evil. You cannot keep quiet for your selfish convenience, to keep a false peace. Grave evil itself precludes peace. You need to call it out, the turmoil caused by the grave evil at hand!
But there is also a very important and necessary distinction. There is a difference between making a moral claim and forcing people to obey the claim. Proclamation of the moral law is at the very least an act of immense charity, and, as I said above, is required of you, in justice, by God. Cf.
Jonah 3:4. Forcing people is an entirely other matter which need not be discussed here.
So, keep this difference in mind, and proclaim it.
1. Proclamation and promotion of the moral divine law obliges every man.
2. Legislating and enforcing the moral divine law is a different matter. And violence is another matter yet.
3. You must always and everywhere proclaim the moral divine law, though you need not always enforce it. The latter depends on many variables. Neither just or unjust enforcement of God's law concerns us here. Here we are simply speaking of proclaiming the law of God, and that the law of God says that we must proclaim it! The question of force is an entirely different question.
Do not confuse proclamation with force, enforcement or violence. They are different things. Christ proclaims the truth of God, He does no violence to men, not yet. That will come at the Judgement. Although domestic and civil enforcement of the law of God is a fundamental basis of domestic and civil society, it is not our concern here in this article.
It is the trick of the devil to confuse things. The devil tries to silence you by calumny, by accusing you of violence, of violating people's freedom, for simply telling the truth. But the question to rebuke that lie of the devil is this; why do you consider my speaking of the truth a violence, and your lies and calumny you consider peace? You're the one trying to force me. You are trying to force your morality on me, that I should not tell mine!
When they accuse you of violence for simply telling the truth, counter-accuse them of violence for trying to keep you silent!
